Masaki Nakamura, President of M.S.C. Ltd., started his
microelectronic Marketing Service and Consulting firm, M.S.C. Ltd., in
1991 after more than 20 years of semiconductor sales, marketing and
technical support experience in Japan. Mr. Nakamura has extensive
experience dealing with U.S. based companies marketing in Japan; Motorola
and Intel are two examples. M.S.C. provides business and consulting
services for U.S- based microelectronic firms entering the Japanese
market.
M.S.C. offers an extensive knowledge base on the
Japanese ASIC market and customers and can provide engineering support
and value added services for field programmable ASIC, FPGA and PLD
products.
Nakamura can advise and act as a Japanese business
facilitator when evaluating Japan as a potential market. The
process is greatly eased by his familiarity with U.S. business customs,
gained through his experience with Motorola and Intel, and extensive
travel in the U.S.
Translation services and meeting arrangements with
prospective clients or possible sales representatives/distributors can
easily be made by M.S.C. Ltd.
While at Synerdyne, Mr. Nakamura built a successful
independent electronics representative/distribution firm by signing
AMD/Monolithic Memories, TRW LSI Products, Inc., Logical Devices, Inc,
and Fujitsu. He organized a value added programming service for PROM,
EPROM and PLD devices. Minimum turnaround time and high quality were key
features of the service.
In 2002, Nakamura became one of the show managers of
the world-class Embedded Technology trade show and exhibition based in
Yokohama, Japan. The ET show is sponsored by JASA.
